Capabilities as a Sub-Contractor
Our most common method of support throughout the public sector is as a subcontractor. As a subcontractor, we provide a variety of unique and flexible capabilities to prime contractors, such as:
- a matrixed resource team to support surge efforts following a contract award, transition, and/or end
- the ability to maintain long-term staff with full W-2 benefits, as well as certification and training reimbursement
- contract-to-hire and direct-hire options
- federal service account managers, who oversee each of our programs to ensure successful mission support and serve as a single point of contact for both our partners and on-site personnel
Capabilities as a Teaming Partner Pre-Award
We frequently partner at pre-award at both the Task Order and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) levels to help capture business. As a teaming partner, we provide the following capabilities to prime contractors:
- development of transition risk plans to ensure quick transition time post-award
